Oregon law has changed regarding renewal notices for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing
statements and Effective Financing Statements (EFS). Individual renewal notices are no longer
mailed to Secured Parties; instead, a renewal report is now provided in an electronic format.

UCC Renewal Report
A new report will be posted each January and July. Secured Parties are encouraged to calendar these dates as a reminder to visit this site and download the current UCC renewal report. You may also subscribe to receive an email notice when new renewal reports are posted and available to download.
