UCC Special Searches

When requested, special queries are written to search for information within the UCC database. The results are provided in a tab-delimited text format. Special searches may be picked up at our front counter, mailed to you on diskette or CD-ROM, or sent by email. Some searches may not be available by email due to the size of the file. You should check with your ISP provider to find out the maximum size of file attachments you can receive via email before requesting this routing option.

Special searches can be performed by:
Secured Party names (1 name per search fee). You may also limit the search results by adding zip codes or cities (maximum of 5 allowed).
zip codes, (5 per search fee) Must indicate debtor or secured party zip codes.
cities, (5 per search fee) Must indicate debtor or secured party cities.
Filing types (1 filing type per search fee for most filing types.) UCC filings are not available under this option due to the size of the file. If you wish to purchase UCC filings, you will need to purchase the UCC database extract.

All special searches include filing number, filing type, effective date, expiration date, debtor names and addresses and secured party names and addresses.
