New UCC Filings

Lists of New UCC filings are available weekly or monthly. The lists are provided in a tab-delimited text format. They are available by email or on diskette. Diskettes can be mailed or picked up at our Public Service Counter during working hours.

Lists are available for all filings or you may request just certain types of filings such as IRS.

The list contains the filing number, filing type, effective date, expiration date, debtor name and address, and secured party name and address. Collateral information is not available.
