UCC Data Lists Online: [Effective September, 2011]
Last month's filings and the whole active UCC database sorted by Secured Parties are available on our website. These are the same monthly filings and secured party lists that used to be specially ordered and paid for, but are now free to all.

EFS Farm Products Master List: [Effective October 1, 2011]
The Farm Products Master List is now available each month online. Although everyone now has access to the Master List, it is still necessary to register as a buyer in order to get the protection in statute.

UCC Images Online: [Effective June 1, 2010]
We now have online access to images of UCC filings and recorded liens! New filings and amendments entered after July 1, 2007 are available through the UCC Search engine. Just look at the column on the far left hand side. If it has an underlined number in the box, it's a filing that's available to view simply by clicking on the number.

UCC Renewal Notices: [Effective January 1, 2010]
Oregon law has changed regarding renewal notices for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing
statements and Effective Financing Statements (EFS). Individual renewal notices are no longer
mailed to Secured Parties; instead, a renewal report is now provided in an electronic format.
