Oregon Secretary of State Corporation Division - Uniform Commercial Code Services

Uniform Commercial Code Services

The purpose of the UCC program is to create a public notice of records of debt, to establish priority of claim for the secured party in the event of a bankruptcy by the debtor.

The Secretary of State, Corporation Division is beginning the first phase of implementing a new filing and search system for the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) program, which is to migrate from our current system to the new system. There will be a slight delay in filing turn-around processing times. We'd like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during this transition time.
