Oregon Notary Public Education Providers List

The Secretary of State Corporation Division is now accepting applications for Notary Education Providers. If you are interested in becoming certified as a provider and instructing the public on how to become a Notary for the State of Oregon, complete the Notary Public Education Provider Form (OAR 160-100-1000). Provide a lesson plan that incorporates the Knowledge Statements (OAR 160-100-1000). Provide all materials that will be used by the provider (this includes handouts, workbooks, presentations and advertising materials) (OAR 160-100-1000).
