Renewal Help

Annual reports and renewal forms are mailed approximately forty-five days prior to the renewal due date. To complete the annual report or registration renewal process:

1. Go to the Business Registry Database to verify the business information currently on file with the
     Corporation Division.

2. Select one option for payment of the renewal fee.
    a. Renew online using a VISA or MasterCard over our secure system. (Web Renewal Help)
    b. Renew by mail. Detach the coupon from the renewal notice and mail with your check in the
        envelope provided.

3. If any of your business information is incorrect, go to our Forms page to access forms to update
    registration information. There is no fee to update registration information.

4. If your business entity could not be renewed due to inactive associated name(s) and your business is an
    assumed business name, an amendment form 02 must be completed to change the registrant.
    Or, if the registrant is an entity that is eligible to reinstate, please call our office at 503-986-2200
    for the correct forms, or e-mail us at corporation.division@state.or.us.
