Form Processing Time Expectations
FASTER - Online registrations - Online filing is the fastest way to register or renew your business registration!  Business registrations submitted through our online systems are processed on the same or next business day.

SLOWER - Faxed or Mailed registrations - Please allow one to two weeks for processing and acknowledgment of faxed or mailed business registration forms.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to an increase in the number of errors interpreting hand-written documents, the Corporation Division requests that you type and print all business registration documents. In general, typed documents will receive priority processing over hand-written documents when submitted for filing.

Accessibility
Forms are available in PDF and Microsoft Word file formats, and some forms can be completed and filed online. Click on the appropriate version of the form number for the Online, PDF or Word (DOC) version of that form. If the form is available for online filing, that option will be listed as Register Online, Renew Online, or Generate Form (to print a special form to fax or mail).

Fees
Unless otherwise noted, there is a nonrefundable $50 processing fee for submitting each document for registration. All fees are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance. Read our Refund Policy

Use our Credit Card Cover Sheet to pay with your Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover cards. We are unable to accept credit card payments through e-mail.
