Notary Public Fees

All fees must be paid in advance. All fees are nonrefundable. Read our Refund Policy

The Corporation Division offers filing by fax for the Notary Public program. Submitting by fax will speed up the filing process. When filing by fax, a Visa or Mastercard must be used for payment.

Make checks payable to: Corporation Division.

Submit the credit card number and expiration date on a separate cover sheet.

For security reasons we are unable to accept credit card payments through e-mail.

Application, includes written examination, for a commission as a notary public $20.00

Apostilles, for public officials and notaries public $10.00

Certificate of Good Standing $10.00

Duplicate Commission $5.00

Duplicate Certificate of Authorization to Obtain an Official Seal $5.00
